Shangri-La Sailing Charters is pleased to present fine dining under the stars with private chef service.

Timing
We recommend a three to four hour cruise to enjoy a Sunset Sail with Appetizers and Open Bar, followed by Dinner and Dessert Service at anchor.

Includes
Shangri-La Open Bar is included in charter price. Upgraded beverages such as Fine Wines, Champagne, or call names can be added for an additional per bottle fee. Fresh brewed Kona Coffee and Tea are served with Dessert. All catering is served buffet style on the aft deck and includes silverware and linens.

Menus
Our menus have been custom designed by the Chefs for catering service onboard. Prices vary along with the style of cuisine and service. Menus which include Chefs or wait staff providing service on board, please add a separate 15% gratuity based on catering costs.

 Kapalua Menu @ $65.00 per person:

Appetizers:
~ Fresh Fruit Platter
~ Jumbo Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce
~ Imported Cheeses & Crackers
~ Amuse Bouche:
~ Basil wrapped seared diver scallop. with green curry pesto and fresh Caviar.

Starter:
~ Spinach salad tossed with a warm lemongrass citrus bacon vinaigrette. Topped with a goat cheese Crustini.

Choice of or Combo:
~ Pan seared fresh catch, served with a Vanilla Beurre Blanc sauce and a Coconut Saffron Risotto. Seasonal veggies and a chive oil essence.

~ Sesame crusted rack of lamb with a truffle mint demi glace. Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Seasonal root veggies and a roasted garlic creme friache.

Dessert:
Cheesecake with Fresh Seasonal Fruit

~ Thai Glass noodle salad with fresh garden herbs and lemongrass shrimp

~ Furikake crusted fresh catch With a Wasabi Ginger butter sauce.
~ Wakame ocean seaweed salad and steamed jasmine rice. With a sweet chili accent.

~ Chinese five spiced pork tenderloin. With a honey orange Hoisen sauce. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetable
