Payments:
Full payment is due two weeks prior to charter date, with incidental payment due on the day of event. Major Credit Cards, Travelers Checks and Personal Checks accepted

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance for a full refund. 50% refund within seven (7) days. No refund within 48 hours.
Note: Destinations and weather related cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Captain.

Attire
Beachwear is recommended for Snorkel Sails. Casual resort-wear and light cover-up is suggested for Evening Charters. All Sails are barefoot and shoes are collected and stored in lock-boxes prior to beach loading. Guests are advised to bring towels and sunscreen on Snorkel Sails.
