Aloha Cara,
"Thank you so much for helping me with my reservations for the Kapalua Kai snorkel trip on Valentines Day. It truly was a romantic
and amazing boat cruise. It has to be the best cruise I've been on. I would recommend Kapalua Kai to all of my friends and clients. The
boat size was perfect. I especially loved that they have a red mat on top of the boat where you could sun bath with your special someone.
Everyone on the boat was gunning for that spot.
The boat crew had amazing service. This was the first time on a boat, that the crew members got us our drinks and came back to
refill our drinks, they even came back to take our empty cups. I went on another boat and they never went around getting our drinks and or
came back to get the empty cups. The other boat was more of a "self service" deal. The crew members made sure that they spent time
introducing themselves to everyone on the boat and even getting to know each person. They were very passionate about teaching everyone
there knowledge of the ocean, whales, turtles, and all of the marine life. They were FANTASTIC PEOPLE! Hatti, Nick, and Captain Glenn all
deserve recognition for a job well done.
Aside from the wonderful boat and wonderful crew, the location for the snorkeling was wonderful. Their was so many turtles and fish,
that swam right by you. It was a beautiful. We were very lucky to have gone on this day, not only were the location great for snorkeling
but it was just the perfect timing for a whale watch as well. There was so many whales everywhere. Just thinking about that day gets me
excited to go on the boat again. Let's just say that my boyfriend barely talks about anything if it doesn't have to do with sports and
Sushi, and he is still talking about our adventure with the Kapalua Kai. That in itself, says a lot.
Thank you again Cara! This was an amazing experience that I will treasure always until my next adventure on that boat."
Mahalo,
